WOW. this guy is a monster with tape! do you just cut the tape off with scissors or what? haha. because there's no easy way to get that off.

I recently sprained my ankle in hockey and I was wondering where I would buy the self adhesive spray? And what kind of tape did you use?

@sweetsouthernsUGA Pull the tape to the sides to apply tension, then split in opposite directions to "cut" the tape.
