At 7.30pm on June 16th, ten artists received three key elements to be used in a 24 hour song writing challenge.

The elements included a theme: "waking up", a musical element: "knocking or clapping" and a lyric: "I can't tell you but it lasts forever". All three elements were required to be used in the song.

Having the next 24 hours to come up with their best song, the artists were also to perform it live at a showcase the following night. The showcase was held at the Casbah and judged by Brian Melo, Parkside Mike and Nick Blagona.

AndrewVictoria took home first place with their song "Repeat Yesterday" winning a cash prize and a "Deva Award" - H24's new signature Alabaster sculpture created by Martyn Kendrick.
