Okay - I am really liking your videos and raw ingredients! I also like your personality! I'm putting together a list of other channels that go along with my healthy eating point of view and you are now on it! I will post it on my roundorama blog! Love it!

That looks good I just don't know if I can handle that many nuts just yet. Thanx for sharing :)

hey how did you make your almond milk, and how long have you been raw for?

I love agave

MMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! THT LOOKS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!

@xmantidx Yes I do the Date syrup too! Especially the Caramel Dates! ;D
oh looks good
but I personally do not want to consume over 50g of fat just for breakfast..
simply too much fat for breakfast. My estimation is that that one single bowl of cereal is morethan 700 calories at the minimum.
I would add more fruits, possibly the ones with lower sugar.

@jacksonjacksonjjj Hey Jackson! I agree It may be a lil' bit much fat for most peeps, however it did help me during my raw transition to go heavy on the nuts and seeds which kept me from going back to other less healthy options. I have a recipe video for a lower fat raw granola based mainly on soaked and dehydrated buckwheat groats and sunflower seeds on my youtube channel! Best wishes ~ Rory :0)

I have a question but first I want to say I am impress with this recipe. Now, my question is what if I wanted to mix some oats and a little agave or dates together and dehydrate them for that crunch and mix it with your recipe. Do you think that would work.
I am beginning to go raw and I wanted to start with raw breakfast and snacks first and then the lunch, etc.

@fontrella Hey fontrella! I think soaked and rinsed oat groats ground in your food processor with some dates and maybe cinnamon or vanilla if ya like and just a pinch of sea salt would make an awesome granola base. Just spread the ground mixture onto dehydrator trays and dry until crunchy and break up into desired pieces. Best wishes ~ Rory :0)

i find out that agave nectar is not raw and it is bad for your health. the really raw nectar is the nectar that the native Mexicans use in it is rare and hard to find and very expensive almost 32 a jar!

@loveallhappiness Hey LoveAllHappiness! It's true a lot of agave is produced in a less than ideal way. There are compaines producing truly raw agave such as ultimate superfoods. I prefer to use raw honey or home made date syrup! :0)
