Thank you..the same thing happened to me and im gonna fight it in court. Although i had money and my account and the bank took money out my savings account saying they were helping me by taking my money to pay for items already paid for. They emptied my checking and charger me for pendings tranactions a week prior when money was there to cover

Funny, people blame everyone but the culprit. Ever heard of research and development departments? How would you feel if you knew someone was consistently doing experiments on humans to make them respond to certain stimuli in an intended fashion. Basically what I'm saying is that they use science to make you spend money . People are being subliminally controlled.

First thing to understand about a bank is that their statement is not your statement. You have to keep your own records using umm MS Excel. Nice program. People grow up and realize its not BOA but the marketing and advertising causing people to spend money when they dont need to. ADVERTISEMENTS. You know...buy this now, buy that now, stay in touch stay on the cutting edge. You're nobody is you don't have this. Ohh its black Friday. Spend spend spend.
