Little Oslo is a presentation of the Norwegian Capital city of Oslo seen from above. The idea is to see how Oslo would look like in a miniature world.

I started filming for this project in the summer of 2010 and have had my camera with me all summer/fall to capture any footage that might be useful for this film. There are not too many tall buildings in Oslo and I´m very greatful to all those who have let me run around on their rooftops to film :)

All footage is filmed with the GoPro camera, and has been edited in Adobe After Effects CS5.

A special thanks goes to Cinnamon Chasers who´s let me use the awesome track "Captain America" for this movie.

  • Were you on top of the US Embassy for the shots of Solli plass?

  • @MrGeekGamer No, I was on top of the "Indeks-building" (Industriens & Eksportens hus). The embassy is a bit further down the street.

  • Utrolig kult!

  • awesome dude!! well done

  • @jaesung1020 Thanks man.

  • @djbutter22 High resolution for an affordable price ;)

  • @MrThomasBerge

Ok thanks! I was wondering why you chose that camera in particular?

  • @djbutter22 Hi, I used the GoPro camera, and used the 1080p video mode (not too many available settings on the camera as its built to be used for extreme sports ;) ) The perspective was accomplished the old fashioned way by climbing on rooftops ;)

  • Did you use a certain setting on your camera to capture this perspective?
