This kind of reminds me of a story I once heard. It went, "Once upon a time there was a boy who wanted to get strong. He didn't have exercise equipment, so he decided to bench press a baby cow on his farm. He did this every day until the cow urinated on him. The lesson is..... always shower after you workout!"
