Ford Motor Company has spent months Torture Testing the "Hero" EcoBoost Engine, 448AA.

From: Dyno Testing, Hauling Timber, 24 Hours of NASCAR track testing, Head to Head vs. Chevrolet and Dodge, and the Baja 1000 - 165,000 miles of severe abuse, the engineers at Ford will examine this engine part by part, and see how well it help up.

@TheNuge22 a shop will do it if you got the cash to do it. the ecoboost motor is like 12gs all by itself.

I wonder if I can get an ecoboost engine put in my 2004 f-1504x4. My 4.2L is terrible at gas mileage and power.

The best motor Ford built is the gt40 motor they have never had one returned or replaced. This motor I'm still not sure about... its cold starts everyday over ten years that rips a motor apart but with a twin Turbo that is impressive....  unless your a ignorant mullet man... Chevy owner

I'm not sure what that means, but I've taken apart a few old engines before and black build up on the piston and valves means carbon... Its a normal thing in an engine
