ACF, in conjunction with UTS, has developed an award-winning Sustainable Australian Seafood Assessment Program. This video documents the program's success to date, and goes behind the scenes to meet those who have made it possible including ACF's Healthy Oceans campaigner Chris Smyth, UTS scientist, David Booth involved in the assessment program, a project funder, a prominent chef and sustainability advocate, a sustainable fisherman, a fishing industry representative and a fish retailer.
