Hello again lol, it's me Slashergoat (The guy who posted the comment about that it could be a reflexion of the light in your car window a couple of a months ago i made a new account) Anyways, i looked at it again and, you're right! It doesnt look like a reflexion. This is really weird

That's the first thing we thought when lookin' at it...but dosen't realy look like a reflection...even though we can't rule that possibility out.

When you film with a digital camera, there is a small red light that come's on. That is what we are seeing. It's the reflection of that red (orange) light in the window. At that moment the camera is really close to the window. Try it again, you will see : )

@MrVeritatisCupitor When you see the streak of light, it goes from right to left....I was turning the camera left to right. That eleminates your theory.
