I was taken aback by what he said at the end. But looking at it again, I think what he meant was that women should be wiser and more realistic rather than simply expect men to be completely faithful to them, to question them and to protect themselves when they feel they need to.

Ofcourse, this still means that men doesn't have to be man enough to know how to protect themselves and their wives.

We have to acknowledge that male domination is the route of this disease spreading in many developing nations. Mistresses and wives can't ask for condoms, because it's controlling the man's body and suggesting that they're impure. Prostitutes these days will use female condoms- if they have access to them.
