@j35u5fi23ak your response is not rational. babies are suppose to be responsible for their soul ? God created mental illness, iam sure they also get a pass as well. to think that god is just to what you said, is either hateful, vengeful god or your sadly mistaken the bible is some kind of words from god. remember man wrote the bible. .

@flpete No, babies do not go to "Hell". In fact the idea of "HELL" is really not from the bible in the way that most of us understand it. Hell in the bible is most likely just death. The idea of eternal torment and punishment is not biblical, it is an invention of men. I know that this is not something most christians believe, but if you study it out you will see that its pretty hard to back up from the bible. When babies die their soul is returned to God.

No, they have evil in themselves already. The Bible teaches that we were conceived (born) in sin. And the Bible teaches that every person is born a sinner and has sinned against God. On the day of judgement there will be no excuse of having a mental disability or not ever hearing the gospel. God is a just and holy God and must judge sinners. Whether they are babies or not.

God is talking after the flood, but what I really want you to concentrate on is "even though every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood." Do you have to teach children to lie, to be mean to other children, to do bad things?
