    I understand, but, according to that, ANYTHING is "advanced" to those who have yet to try it.

    Is a simple cartwheel "advanced gymnastics", e.g.? It's "advanced" to the person who's never done any sports, but, in the gamut of gymnastic activities, it's quite basic, and not likely to impress even a high school gym coach.

    To be honest, when I started stretching, I considered myself "tight" but could do these easily. Not that they aren't valuable; they just aren't "advanced".
