i receive a scam check too. on tuesday oct 20th. 2009. that person did tell me how she kinda kelly here was saying. trying to buy my item off from ebay. everything is al the same as her situations, except i take the money all out and closed my account. and waited and hold the amount of that money that the fake check was until the company of the check they used on me to call me and i will give it back with my own hand. and i also have more money than that in there...

You want to get back at these assholes?!? Real Simple:
1)Pretend you're fooled, that you believe them.
2)Let them go to the trouble of printing out and mailing/FedExing/UPSing the fake check.
3)When the check arrives, let them think you're going to deposit it, tell him/her you did so, and ask them to wait until the next day.
4) Start giving them "incorrect" Western Union/MoneyGram numbers.
5) after a day or two of this, tell them you knew it was a scam all along and you've wasted their time.
