Besides, YOU"D be pissed to if you saw your neighbors manipulating the foundations of everyday life because of dictates that come from what you see as "MAKE BELIEVE," in a country designed to provide for ALL of that wit... Never mind. You already get it, yes?

@matThaHatter I'm always at a lost when people describe the new atheists as "angry". The only horseman that comes close to that is Hitchens. The others are always calm and cool. I think people often confuse passion for anger.

I hope price has stopped eating this crap process American food because otherwise he is not long for this world. and I love him! so take care dude! (sorry if I am wrong in my presumption that his weight gain is because of bad dieting when it could obviously be from anyone from a dozen causes. but Ijust love his books and hearing his speak.

Nice to hear someone describe "The New Atheism" without either expressing COMPLETE, PASSIONATE AGREEMENT, or SEETHING HATRED.

I'd consider myself a "New Atheist,"& I agree that w/out the kind of stiff defense that we can ALWAYS count on religion to put out, we'll never achieve the BEST results(whautever that is).

But, I feel like people avoid the whole subject because the IDEA of confrontation scares them off before hearing EITHER side. I mean, w/out a reason,I don't even THINK about religion!

@psycropticunt If I were a less TACTFUL man, perhaps prone towards activities of the sort that would give me the experience needed to identify such a person, I might say "That man just took a BIG OLE CRACK HIT!"

BUT, that would be speculation...

I'm just kidding; he DOES look terribly nervous, though!
