Do you know if this package is compatible with Grub2. I originally used this with Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon (v7.10), and it worked very well under the old Grub.
My brief look at Ubuntu 9.10 shows it to use Grub2 which seems to be much different in where and how configuration is done. So what's your take on the differences as it relates to this package?

it's compatible with both Grub and Grub 2 I think.
It works perfectly fine on my computer with the latest version of Grub.
