here's another Scripture havin' to do with marijuana.. Gen. 1:29.. what God gave to man, man cannot take away from man..

@abcmole There is no need to change any laws. Any statute passed that violates the Constitution is not law. Smoking marijuana does not injure anyone. The problem is people are ignorant of the law and therefore cannot uphold the law of the land. It is impossible to obey, sustain, or comply with the law if you do not know what it is. The solution is study the law firsthand and apply it.

now he should file suit for violating his 1st amendment, since that was government interfering with media activities, by using force, imprisonment and threats to censor his radio program, since they did not agree with his beliefs and message

I'm sorry but that guy showed up with the weed front of the cops well he was fucking stupid. And I sell pot

I do see the point you guys are trying to make but believe that you guys dont know how to do it. For example, do you guys ever file motions or what? You guys are only wasting your time if you are not familiar with the procedures that the police and government have to abide by. Read th rules of court and the criminal or civil procedures. Good Luck.

its an attack on free speech : a fundamental human right !
Whats the Charge Democracy ?
I think a man got charged in China with the same offence , practising democracy.

An important question for "libertarians", do you fight authoritarianism within yourselves?
-
You guys need to elect a good sheriff to ride heard on these Bozos.

does the constitution mean anything to any one anymore?

@geological94 Nailed it! The scope of "homeland" security will further command our lives. One day the border may be our own front yard, or at wires edge!
I thought civil disobedience was a method the Founders suggested citizens use to change laws? For even they used it against aspects of British law they thought unfair. If that act of good conscience is illegal in New Hampshire how does the citizenry ask for redress of grievances?
If there can be no redress of grievances then the State itself is an unconstitutional entity and criminal enterprise.

Why don't the citizenry demand Eli Riviera's resignation for incompetence???
