Woman in GA describes the effects of having a microchip implanted against her will

Woman in GA makes some very serious claims against the U.S. Department of Defense. Cathleen Gary says that she had a microchip implanted in her against her will and that the effects from it has caused her many problems.

@c0ommonsense IF I'm not mistaken, medical microchip implants are already looking like a good possibility in Germany. Though, with legal usage, but knowing human nature, it wouldn't be long till someone starts using it illegally.

This is hard to listen to. You kinda feel with her even if she's deluded. Apparently others have the chip as well because when she sits down and begins her testimony she aludes to that fact. Did u gather that others (present) had given a similar testimony?
