What does smr and static stretching do for my range of motion? How is my progress coming in another fitness challenge from hfpn? Ankle mobility and a smooth overhead squat are 2 big goals!

  • I am up to 13 degrees on the right and 11 on the left!!!! I just over a month to go, maybe I will make it to 15 degress of dorsiflexion bilateraly?? Woo-hoo!

  • Great video. I have come up with an effective posterior tibialis release technique that allows me to obtain great dorsiflexion with my patient's stiff ankles. Let me know and I can show you the technique I utilize. Thanks for the video.
