Hear the cultures! The "Whispering Table" presents the four unique festivities: Jewish: Seder; Moroccan: Mimouna; Persian: Noruz; Buddhist: Hungry Ghost festival. They are assembled in an archetypical form of congregation -- a festive table. Designers have created an embedded system using bespoken hardware to provide a socially dynamic interactive system wich permits the discovery of the interrelationships between food and religion. This provides a content rich experience, intuitive to use, informative and subject to audience influence: as each dish's position and its distance to the others is changed, more and more stories are revealed. The Table whispers!
