A Tribute to YES COLLABORATION - Tempus Fugit (Drama)

"Tempus Fugit", one of my all-time favorite songs by YES.
One day I coincidently found the bass/drum video from Tom and his brother Dave on Youtube, so i thought, ok, thats already half the battle. I asked them to join my full cover collaboration and they agreed. For vocals we couldn´t imagine nobody else better than Tim, who's voice is so similar to Jon Anderson's. We thought, would be interesting to record this song from the DRAMA album, where actually Trevor Horn was responsible for the lead vocals, with a voice, which looks more like Anderson's. Tim accepted
now was just missing the guitarist, so Tom indicated C from Argentina, with whom he already worked on other Yes Collaborations before. The team was complete!
At this point, I wanna take the opportunity to thank Tom, Dave, Tim and C for making this project, which means really a lot to me, possible at all. You all did an excellent job, and I feel proud and honored that I could work with such outstanding musicians like you my friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
This is my first Collab, where I am responsible for audio and video at the same time. I have lots of experience in mixing audio, but concerning to video editing and production I am still a bloody rookie. Nevertheless I hope you will still enjoy our tribute to one the most brilliant bands in Progressive Rockmusic ever ... YES!!!

First of Rich, allow me to express my condolences on the loss of your friend. What a great way to pay tribute to him! Next, what can I say but, FANTASTIC JOB! That goes for EVERYONE playing, naturally, but also to your video work. LOVE the graphics and Firebird Suite background intro and credits. I had seen Tom and Dave's excellent cover before, but making it a full collab (with C and you on keys) just gives it even greater depth! Brilliant, guys! Congrats!

So sorry to hear of your loss...on my mothers' b'day as well. A sad but memorable date as a result. Mum died 11 years ago, still wipes me out now and again. The penalty of love.
