Starcraft 2 Mission 22: Media Blitz walkthrough on Brutal (w/commentary) Part 1 of 2

In this easy mission, pilot the Odin to destroy as much of the enemy base as possible before it starts to defend itself. Afterwards, build an army of your choosing to steamroll the rest. The only important thing is to make sure you destroy the hidden science facility in the south east corner of the map. Pick up the "secret documents" that drop there to unlock the secret mission, Piercing the Shroud.

My walkthroughs focus on beating the levels, getting research options, and achieving (most of) the bonus objectives. They do not focus on special challenges or perfection. I am hardly the best SC2 player, but hopefully my strategies will help the other players out there who are struggling with Brutal difficulty. Please check out my channel for more SC2 walkthroughs.

Here goes a very good tip. at 6:24, he is at a enemy base. behind the minerals there will be a path. go through that and you will find a enemy building. destroy it and something will fall from it. pick it up and you will receive a special mission, which talks about the origin of the hybrid. (is fucking hard)

just reck the detector units/turrets during the first 5 minutes and camp the ghosts out, fully cloaked on the broadcast tower

you should try to do thorship drops with hercules...they can carry 3 thors each

The thor can come back with full hp when you use the immortality protocol. When the thor dies and leaves the wreckage, the wreckage has its own HP. When the thor dies, the wreckage's HP is at 100%. If you revive the thor when the wreckage's HP is 100%, the thor will have full HP. Likewise, if your wreckage is at x% hp, your thor will have the same amount of HP.

Instead of destroying one base, destroy just the command center and SCVs in each of the five bases and ignore the rest of the base. Then the enemy won't have any resource mining at all. You can get them all in the surprise attack, from 6 o'clock base counterclockwise to 9 o'clock base.

and after finishing a mission in brutal proudly tells me he is not a noob..i just found that u r the key to his success of the mission play,though i dint tell him i've come 2 know this..but to cut the long story short..u really have done a great job..cheera again buddy..

plus mostly we get mineral surplus so cant we think of using mules for the healing..and it's fast healing..this did great infact when i finished engine of construction..lol..destruction­..but once again great effort..my brother loves u,who is a starcraft noob plays with terran and belongs to that catagory of people who dreams of those situations where he doesnt get attacked and can build 20000 BC's and enjoy watching how fast enemy base goes down,he checks out ur channel every now and then..

hey chromer..nice videos btw,so thanx..i play this game( tigerstrike , north america server,rank diamond ,not been playing 1v1 for few weeks i guess)but never knew about this secret mission,lol,stupid me,just one suggestion in case u need to repair ur mechanical units why dont think of mules,u can bring then whenever u want and whereever,and u certainly know being a human which ensures human errors are bound to happen and we forget every now and then about the cc's unused energy..
