"Police" Crown Vics have the same engine as any Civvie Crown Vic. Any stock Marauder will beat ANY stock Crown Victoria, Police Package or not.

@Bongwater123 I have a 1995 crown Vic, with 104k miles on it right now..I love the car, runs perfect..I need to do cosmetic work on it like AC Compressor needs replaced and tires and stuff, but it still looks brand new.

This was essentially comparing the 2 valve motor to the 4 Valve Cobra motor, with the two cars being essentially same weight. The cammer was faster at the top end of the strip, but about neck-and-neck all down the track...so this is the fairest comparison I've seen
