Paths of Rebellion: New York in the Revolution was created for the Bicentennial celebration in 1976 by WNET/13, and concentrates on the Revolutionary War as it played out in New York. It was aired sometime around March 1976.
From "The Din of Arms", which focuses on the Burgoyne Campaign down the Hudson River in 1777, including the siezure of Fort Ticonderoga and Battle of Saratoga.
Apologies for the poor quality of these clips, but as you can see, they are darned old.
