Nice, i ordered the 60CSx a few days ago and it should be here today. i'm using it for treasure hunting and for marking where i dug silver coins and other treasures.

Any updates on this? I just found a state park real close to me and plan to start doing some hiking. I've been looking at this model but I just want to make sure before I buy it. Thanks

@backwoods223 I have used it so far and so far I'm pretty happy with it! I plan on filming an update this weekend if I can squeeze it in. Have a camping trip coming up and want to film quite a few videos that I've been meaning to get to. I have yet to have any problems with the device or hear or anyone that has. Don't forget the new GPS 62 is out, but at a higher price point. I hoped on this one as I was able to pick it up new on sale for $200. I don't think you will regret buying one!

@kens2cents Thanks for the info. Do you mind telling me where you got it for 200? refurbished cx's on ebay are 185 and refurbished csx's are 285. if i can get a new one for 200, that would probably seal the deal

@backwoods223 Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned how much I paid... sorry.... Regular price is/was $350 at REI. I was very close to buying one and then they had a big sale on... they had it listed for $200 so I picked one up right away... Now they are back to their regular price... Still a great unit for the money though... Perhaps keep an eye on them as I'm pretty sure some stores will be clearing them out for the 62 model...
