Hello,
I've been doing my best to get around the sound issues by moving my recording area to somewhere away from my noisy computer, the sound is now much better. I've also stuck some sound-deadening material on the walls. There is still a little distortion going on but it's as good as it's going to get until I get some better gear.

I've been playing this great little study whilst testing the sound, and decided to post it as it isn't bad for a sight-reading piece.

  • Damn. Someone else already said,"Very nice."

You cleaned the egg yolk out of that thing? :))

  • @tomken8dy The egg was on my other guitar, and no - some of it is still stuck - it's nasty stuff to clean away. :)

  • Very nice, hope to hear more :O)

  • @alzebub666 I may do some Carcassi. Thanks mate :)

  • Awesome ! What type of guitar is that Paul please? It looks old, but sounds Great!

  • @glassynails Its brand is Cuenca, it isn't that old, about 5 years or so, but it's had a few knocks. It also wasn't expensive, I bought it second-hand for £120. The sound is pretty big, but the bridge has a crack and it needs extra-high tension strings to stop it from buzzing off the frets, oh and the strings need replacing :)

It's been a good guitar really, but I'd like something a bit easier to play.

    Thanks glassy.

  • @PaulSaywood

    Play, "Scrambled eggs." :P

  • @DibbersPage Maybe I will, a decent camera would get seriously used. Also, I've probably had my money's worth from my £18 webcam. :)

    Thanks Dibs
