  • Now that we know who you are... I know who I am. I'm not a mistake! It all makes sense. In a comic, you know how you can tell who the arch-villain's going to be? He's the exact opposite of the hero, and most time's they're friends, like you and me. I should've known way back when. You know why, David? Because of the kids. They called me Mr. Glass.

  • I started crying when Samuel turned to Bruce and said, "I finally found you."

The music plus the dramatic scene just made me breakdown...such a strong scene, such a great film.

  • Doesn't get the recognition it deserves as one of the greatest super hero movies of all time.

  • shyamalan tried to hint it before. in the scene in the comic shop when the man tries to take him outside he hits the comic shelves three times to symbolize that he has done three major crimes and in the end finds "sentryman"- the hero he was looking for(david).

  • @MASACRESPERU2010 haha no, i wish!

  • Does someone knows how i can find the video parody of this scene that when David touch Elijah, it appears lots of Samuel L. Jackson scenes in other movies?

  • And so Mr. Glass spent the rest of his days locked up in Arkham.

  • One main reason I like this movie better than "The Sixth Sense"...the twist ending is actually MORE surprising today that it was back in 2000 since Samuel L Jackson now plays Nick Fury. The movie leads you to believe that he's playing that exact same sort of role for David as a superhero. The twist that he's actually his destined arch nemesis is harder to see coming until the end.

  • 16 heads exploded when watching this

  • The first time i saw this i did NOT see it coming. ANd was pleasantly surprised ... UNTIL... the writing.

Exactly! It's pulp poetry up until those stupid post-scripts that yank you out of the moment. M. Night should've trusted his DP and the camera movement. After all, there's so much that's clear by David walking away: that their friendship's over, that Elijah's going to be all alone, locked away in this tiny room for the rest of his life, more cut off from the world then he's already been, that David's going to have to live with all the harm that was done finding him. All there.

  • If you read of the newspaper clippings David is not the only guy who was able to survive a disaster, there could be people like David.
