Youth athletes and kids in general are not "little adults." Yet so many exercise programs treat them that way.
We believe in giving them some tasks or outcomes to accomplish, some general guidelines to work by and then turning them loose to "exercise" and have fun!
Here we combined rope slams, medicine ball slams and level changes - duck-unders using Lebert Equalizers - to create a movement based exercise combination that the kids just love!
