Sandi was an incredibly private person. After she passed away, everyone realized there weren't any photos of her, and to be honest, that's probably the way she wanted it. Her closest and dearest friend was preparing for a service, and yet, we all knew that doing a tribute video would be close to impossible. I did manage to find 2 recent photos. I decided to scan the internet for royalty free photos and I did my best. Without knowing very much about Sandi at all, I followed my instinct and did the best I could. When I showed the video to her partner without any introduction, she was quite shocked, as Sandi had grown up in an area covered with birch trees, snow, and the change of seasons. She also knew that Sandi's first dog was a springer spaniel. So this video, even though by accident, was more than fitting for Sandi and it was shown multiple times during her memorial service. The song that I chose I felt crossed over many generations. Try to Remember, by Perry Como is loved by millions.
