She is obviously imitating the way Judy sings it, but Kristin puts even more vibrato and sort of make the notes last longer. It's awesome. But I'm quite old-fashioned and stick with the original.

In some parts she sounds just like Judy... but still she makes it personal, it's wonderful

She doesn't really sound like Judy Garland. She makes the song her own. I'm not saying Kristin is better or worse. Both of them have their own strengths. Personally, I like Kristin singing it more than I like Judy Garland singing it. But that's a personal opinion, not a critique of their singing techniques.
