@lastofnoone Not disagreeing with you throwing your arms is totally needed but hes not whipping his head back he is raising his chest up which is accually what throwing your arms does but when it comes to twisting...yeah...you need arms lol

right now all you're power is coming from your legs (you can see your arms stay right by your side) and you're whipping your head back to flip. if you would raise your arms out of the round off (it's called a set and they need to go right by your head so you shoot up instead of back) you would easily be able to get a foot higher in your back flips. then work on double backs. Also when twisting, stay tighter you're too loose. A cheating hint is wrap your legs, you twist fast nice though.
