Speaking as a glitcher, Glitchers brighten up runescape by bringing out glitches which are funny to see? the same old training is boring, someone deformed or someone where they shouldnt be is fun to see, unlike you, you have no life and don't know what's funny and what's not.
To be honest, If you report then its pretty sad seeing how the glitches don't hurt jagex BUT, People who use glitches that abuse the game as in benefits should be banned as it is hurting jagex. Think before you report
