very well done, i just have one question as you say yourself "not perfect form", i perform my one handed pushups exactly as normal pushups but one hand on my back, why are you not doing that? any reason or? not complaining or anything just courious, anyway, you are great man and i really love your vids!

I think perhaps your form could be improved a bit, but there's no doubt you have incredible strength. When you're going for max reps form is almost always bound to degrade slightly. A great variation that I like to use sometimes is the 2 point pushup. You use only one arm and then the opposite leg.

With all this dislikes, i bet you all can't even do 10 one arm push up in this form.
-
have you ever tried doing one arm pushups trying to keep your body like in diamond pushups?
-
yeah, gr8 spirit! Has been a joy watching this!
Your vids are cool! And ur english is excellent! (though you don't talk much in THIS vid ;-))

@TheF0rtress some even say you must not go further then 90 degrees.
great job!

@bluetube147 Haha yeah me too...

Impressive but still bad form. I don't mind the feet being far apart, you need to keep them apart for balance but you need to keep your back straight almost like you're using two arms.

@f4phantom2500 his arm is already at 90 degreesso idk what the hell ur talking about
mad props dude, one arm push ups aren't easy no matter what form you use. and you can do more than most people can with 2 arms! fantastic! having said that, by not tightening up your form, you're only cheating yourself out of strength gains, as it becomes an endurance exercise. it will become much harder if you do 2 things: 1. bring your feet together, and 2. go all the way down. remember, quality over quantity!

@f4phantom2500 is almost touching the floor with the shoulder not all the way down?

@TheF0rtress focus on holding your shoulders level, keeping them parallel to the floor. i consider all the way down to be just touch your chest to the floor. don't rest, just touch. this will lower the leverage in your pushing arm, making the exercise more difficult. but, feet together will have an even greater impact.

@f4phantom2500 btw, you do know I have to have my legs spaced apart for balance, right?
