POV Footage - Riding my Vespa in SoCal Rain

It's been raining here in SoCal for a couple days already, and it's supposed to rain through Wednesday. I ride rain or shine, so the weather really doesn't concern me much.

This is a rare Sunday I had to work. When I got home, I had some time to kill before going out for the night, so I decided to put on my helmet cam and go on a quick ride for the sake of filming it, completely soaking my clothes in the process.

I have yet to buy a camera mount for my current helmet, a Shoei X-Twelve, so I had to switch helmets and wear my old Shoei X-Eleven.

I have yet to see any fellow riders on the street during STORMWATCH 2010.

Camera is a ContourHD 1080p mounted on a Shoei X-Eleven helmet. Bike is a 2007 Vespa GTS 250.

@NickTheQuick232 Because I only record in 720p. Better battery life, wider view angle than at 1080p, smaller file sizes to work with in Final Cut Pro. Back when I bought the ContourHD 1080p, I got it while it was on sale at REI. That, plus my REI dividend knocked $100 off the price tag, making it the same price as the older ContourHD 720p.
