During the school year, the school days are so hectic and I'm so stressed I don't eat. Either that or I don't have time.
Lunch is one of the ONLY time(s) I eat.
I will crash at 6-8 at night from being so exhausted. During the middle of the night, my body's blood sugar will drop so low I'll have to be rushed to a medical center.
So that "extra" sugar, allows me to get something in my stomach. Sorry if that "extra sugar" is making me so I don't starve completely
