Teamwork: A Universal Language

STS-122 Mission Specialists Leland Melvin and Hans Schlegal, European Space Agency astronaut, 'come together' here in this video as partners and friends.

STS-122 is slated to liftoff Dec. 8, and will carry with them aboard Atlantis the European-built research laboratory, Columbus to the space station.

(2) Why do we want to explore the space?

(3) Why do we enjoy the feeling of zero gravity and floating in space?

(4) why do we think that space exploration is about leadership, "working together" and culture diversity?
