Chris, Youtube Live is way too glitchy. I think you should just stream TLDR from Ustream. There's no point in dealing with these glitches. Also, if people stop using YouTube Live, then they will eventually catch on.

Chris next time you need your routers mac address. Just ping your router in the terminal and use arp -a to get the mac address. No looking or anything.

Yeah, the actual internet is great, but every time I've had an issue, the customer service has been terrible. A few representatives I spoke to were friendly but gave all sorts of wrong information that could have ended up costing me even more while others were fairly rude.
