State of Missouri Leaves out the Timeline to the case that shows how they set the child up for adoption by using their own first hand knowledge.
State officials on the case, left out information in order to obtain an unlawful termination.
Time line shows their knowledge of their own actions and predated intentions to procure an unlawful adoption. Timeline was never allowed or used during court procedures that would show the judges deliberate ignorance and intentions to hide their own acts of child endangerment and fraud to obtain an unlawful adoption.

Courts Rule on Parental Bonding To Separate Mother& Daughter while collecting federal funds, bonuses and rewards. Missouri state officials have taken the right to claim that a parent or child has no bond between them in order to establish a termination of parental rights act of law. People who've never dealt with this insane government, don't know that mistake #1 is letting them get near their child. Never cooperate or allow them in your home. That's why they took her from elsewhere.

Most people's second mistake is taking the attitude of begging them to give YOUR OWN CHILD back. You say "Please . . ." instead of "Either my child is on my doorstep in 10 minutes or I'm coming after you". And MEAN it.

Sorry, but that is exactly what politicians do, they get votes, for church attendance, jut be shown to take communion. Then go off and do whatever they want, knowing full well that one sheeple or another will be admiring their "Christianity".

The CPS has to not only be abolished, but a serious committee has to examine the years of damage, fraud, and evil perpetrated by this criminal organization. Everyone cabinet position in the CPS needs to be tried, and held responsible for their actions. Testimonies from all people whom were affected should be heard. I would personally like to see Capital Punishment for every CPS official found guilty. If only we could pick up arms and kill these criminals ourselves.

Fastmile, you are wrong, Shredded has brought up two wonderful children whilst the third is in a home that is not fit be called a home.

The problem is that both the foster parents and the CPS used false testimony and inaccurate documentation, to support the adoption procedure.

This perjury and that is what it was, was led by by the Guardian Ad Litem, Margaret Donnelly who deliberately misled the court during this process.

Was This done soley to steal a child for state money? Oh yes!
