As a keyboard player I have always been fascinated by Blues Guitar and have recently become more serious with playing Blues guitar. I am playing a left handed Gibson Les Paul with the strings reversed. My web site is http://www.adgproductions.com

  • I really love to see a left handed guitarst with the blues, but ive never seen somebody play a lefty guitar with the strings reversed. normally its just playing a righty guitar with the strings reversed. Its like you're just playing right handed on a guitar built for placement. That takes some serious mental power during play, I like it.

  • I started playing guitar using my brother's guitar (typical right handed guitar), it was not until I took up the guitar more seriously that I realised I was playing upside down. My first guitar was a right handed Fender Strat and then I bought this left handed Les Paul as well as a left handed Strat and a right handed Ibanez Artcore AS 83 (they don't make a left handed version. Check out my other videos on youtube.

Otis Rush, Albert King and Doyle Bramhall 2nd play this way too.

  • Check out ebay, that will be your best bet.

  • Check out Ottis Rush, Albert King,or Doyle Bremhall II,they all do the lefty thing with it strung for a righty.

  • why still playing with the strings reversed if you allready got a left handed guitar?

Maybe you allready got used to it but there are many things that are very unconfortable to play with reversed strings

  • I play left handed guitar too and i wanted to find a les paul but every where i go doesnt have left handed ones it realy sucks
