Kim McAuliffe of GIRLSCHOOL

Kim McAuliffe, Girlschool's "frontgirl" (lead singer and rhythm guitarist), has been my hero for years. I love making Girlschool videos, so I got this idea to make a vid about Kim as a sort of my Thank You, because she has influenced my own music and my music taste.. Not to mention she is a very sweet and friendly woman and for me it was a pleasure to meet her (twice so far ;) )

Kim, you rock and hope to see you again soon!!

lol It was funny when I saw Girlschool live at the Hammersmith supporting Motorhead and some bloke in the audience shouted "I love you!!" and i cudn't exactly see what the look on her face was but she replied "Thanks I love you too" lmao! Man she looked ever so pretty back in the 1980's :) I wud've done anything to go out with her lol Still, she's awesome even to this day

Kim is Girlschool and they are without doubt the most underated rock band ever but not by anybody who has seen them live. I was at Southend when they supported Motorhead and The Damned in 2009 and they were as good as ever.
