Good stuff Rob. The second squat (where you didn't wander off with it before getting the rack signal) looked very easy. Couldn't really see the depth from the angle, but it must have been close. Very close on that last bench too; i bit more explosive and it would have gone.

It's a Welsh federation where lifters from all feds can lift under. They generally follow the IPF rules and if you lifti for BWLA or BDFPA then you must also agree to drug testing and sign the form. Testers are informed and can come and test.
