Hey guys -
My video is of a Muntons "Canadian" . Love the Molson Golden's, so I figured I'd give this a try. I call this my "Semi-Partial" Grain HomeBrew, due to the fact that their was NO Grains used - only liquid extract, styrian hops, DME , dextrose, honey, and Irish Moss. Keep you posted on the outcome! CHEERS! ***COMMENT/SUBSCRIBE***

  • Pretty good first video. Mine was so bad I had to delete it. LOL

As far as the Munton's yeast, I'd throw it in the boil for nutrient, or use it for inmate brews if you wish. The Cooper's is good for warmer temps (above 70F). The Nottingham and Saflager (pronounced Log-er) likes lowers temps below 70F (58-64F would be best).

  • @PeiHomeBrewer Thanks. I dont have a program yet to do any real editing, so I figured what the hell, go with what I have. Thanks for the saflager pronouncing. My Yankee accent at work there ;) I never used saflager before, and it came with my brew order by mistake...nice mistake huh lol

  • @ACTeslaMachineDC I've heard good things about Pinnacle VideoSpin, and it's free. :)

Yeah, that is a very nice mistake.

  • @PeiHomeBrewer Hey thanks for the info ....will look into it for sure. Cheers!

  • @ACTeslaMachineDC As far as the accent goes, no big deal to me. I have a whopper of an accent, no one cares accept for the Beer Nazis. The ad hominem attacks is pretty much all they have to work with. LOL

  • Smoke on the water!

  • @ACTeslaMachineDC Hide your Westvleteren!!! The beer nazi's are coming!!!

  • So, did you ferment this??? Irish moss is a kettle coagulant, used so proteins in the kettle stick and fall to the bottom of the kettle. It will have no use in your application.
