  • @Engineer245 SPRAY IN DEFEATS THE POINT,,THE POINT IS SIPS R LES PARTS,QUIKER 2 PUT AND AND 2 GETHER

  • So you used a EPS panel on the inside. I want to use the spray in type do to it's lower cost like the manufacturers do. It is more expensive to get started but could be worth the cost and effort.

  • @Engineer245 I DID NOT USE A JIG,,IF I WAS GOING 2 DO A LOT OF THEM ,YES I WOOD MAKE A JIG,,,I STIL WOOD LOVEEEEEEEEEEE 2 MAKE A TINY HOUSE MADE FROM MY OWN,,BUTTT,U CAN ALMOST BUY THEM 4 THE SAME COAST AS BUILDING YOURE OWN

  • If I understand correctly you produced your own SIP. I want make my own panels also. I have a few ideas on how to do it with a welded up jig or a hardwood jig but how do you do it?

  • these r made with styrofoam and hardi board glued to either side and edges.hardi board is concrete board 4 those of u that dont no.
