Her design in this game is a homage to her original design in the first game she was in, aptly name Athena (Kensou as well)

as far as i know, she never was in that game, the character you are talking about is the goddess athena (she appears in snk vs capcom as well), from psycho soldier, this is athena asamiya, her reincarnation

I stand corrected, Goddess Athena is from the game Athena, Athena Asamiya and Kensou are both from Psycho Soldier, which is what their current designs are based on.

does any of you know if theres any other characthers availible in console version, cause i saw that there are 26 characters in console version, but in other place i saw that it might appear k, mai, geese, new faces team, and others
