Drug Time

Drug Time is my first dive into the imovie pool. The song comes from one of my all time favorite albums, Ex Maniac by Babybird. Stephen Jones, (the Bird himself) has a way of creating lovely, lullabies with intense, yet sometimes sarcastic lyrics. I think he is brilliant. He is also a published novelist and has released a massive collection of eclectic music. While listening to the song Drug Time, I had a vision of drugs, teens, and time. I tried to capture this "vision" with my short film. I know too many teens that have made life-changing mistakes. My true hope is that this may help someone, anyone, understand that there is a price to pay for giving in to peer pressure and stupidity.

Could it be POSSIBLE that the BABYBIRDS latest stuff may be EVEN better than his 1998 classic hits? This song and Video really DAZZLES (!!!) AND has the distinction of being the FIRST CD i actually bought in the 20teens!! Crazy how the best hits of the day are so difficult to track down... Had to use the AMAZON to order me one... the EX maniac CD...
