Access denied: Coleman campaign bars UpTake from ...

More at http://www.theuptake.org. The campaign of U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman held a press conference today, but UpTake camperas were once again denied access by the Coleman campaign.

When asked as to why The UpTake was barred, a campaign staffer replied "I don't have time for this" despite having just completed a lengthy conversation about college basketball with members of the media who apparently met the campaigns requirements.

I'm not exactly sure where the fuzzy line is between credentialed journalist and "dude with a camcorder." I think society is trying to work that out.
