Lady Lawyer Educates Bensalem (PA) Cop

First, it is important to understand that SHARK has a great deal of respect for good law enforcement personnel. Society could not get along without these dedicated men and women.

Because of the importance of GOOD law enforcement, we find those who abuse their authority to be have an extremely corrosive effect on society.

The Bensalem Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney's Office are in the pockets of pigeon shooters. When the police got a call that two women were video documenting outside the infamous Philadelphia Gun Club during a live pigeon shoot, the cops must have figured they'd scare them away without any trouble.

But when those ladies, one of whom is a lawyer, turn out to be among the most tenacious activists in Pennsylvania, the Bensalem police realize they probably should have called in for back-up.

There's something of greater importance at work here..the police are public servants..they clearly didn't care to neutrally keep the peace in this situation..as easily as the law is misrepresented in this situation..it's misrepresented when people exercise their 2nd. amendment rights..in this case the gun club guy & the lawyer were obviously at odds but since one side of this dispute was favored by police over the other..injustice was allowed by one party...we better stop being selfish

@ciapillo This had nothing to do with the Second Amendment. This club is a known animal abusing venue; the women were there legally documenting those entering and exiting this venue.

@SHARKonlineorg my point might be better explained another way..the gun club guy may be an advocate of the 2nd. amendment..& say open carry "where legal" & as is often the case, law enforcement may misrepresent the law with respect to his right..as was done to the lawyer in this video..I'm saying we better respect our fellow Americans right to exercise their rights because if we keep letting the establishment trample on others rights when its convenient..it will inevitably come back to haunt!

@SHARKonlineorg While I'm not too passionate about preventing animal abuse, I think this video is great service to the public, especially to us who live in and near Bensalem. @griggsmichael Wrong. Legally no one has to have ID on them. If she walked there or was a passeger getting there, no ID is required. The only time she would have to show ID if the police office saw her driving. The only thing you can't do is lie to the police if they ask you who you are (yet they can lie to you). She was allowed to stand there cause she was doing nothing wrong, as evidence the cop just left.
