I was just in the area and was watching the commercials on WTAE. Why is it that Pitt officials have to beg the fans to buy season tickets? You average a pathetic 30,000 people per game. Pitt doesn't even have a field of its own to call home. Shouldn't you focus all of your attention on getting fans to the stands instead of coming on here and calling us overused names?

@auidiman Rich Rod builds programs. I would kill to have him come back to WVU. I out of anyone know what happened and what was said behind closed doors. The season that could have been but never was. :( I was at the Pitt game and remember the quietness of our fans walking out of that stadium. It was the most awful feeling ever and I still get mad about it to this day.

@pld312 wvu people are still confused and deluted about the "88 wvu season. that year the pollsters were looking at the orange bowl for their national champ. they said if we cant get what we want in the orange bowl ,we will look at the fiesta bowl BUT! ONLY IF NOTRE DAME WINS! if not we will go elsewhere. rest is history.
