My idiot neighbor thinks he is clever

Trash started appearing on my front yard over the last several weeks. At first, I believed it to come from wind blowing trash down the street. Here is the true culprit.

I had a neighbor who did the exact same thing and like you, I thought it was the wind blowing it there until I caught her in the act through my window. I even found an old butcher knife in the yard that she had thrown there then wanted back!
