  • Dear Ira,

I want to express my thanks for a wonderful weekend at Circle Lodge. I have been to a number of folkdance weekends, and this was by far the best. There was a certain spirit of cameraderie, and everyone seemed to be having a ball. Thanks again for making it possible. I dance in your Saturday dance during the winter season, and will see you in December.

    Sincerely,

    Norma Goldfarb

  • Dear Ira,

Thank you so much for such a wonderful weekend of dancing and fun. I had a wonderful time dancing all of your wonderful dances and sharing good times with you, Diane and Sasha. I enjoyed the material you presented and have already taught Ne Grem Na Kolena and Sadila Moma. My class enjoyed both dances.

  • Hi Ira: I just enjoyed your video here, and it started with a Croatian Folk Song. I was so very much touched, because I grew up in Croatia. And you have some more of Bosnian and Serbian songs, so I was just so happy that you picked something familiar to me. Also, I love all of the international folk dances and you really found some great songs to go along with your slideshow. Great job and I wish to be there next year. Blessings, Adrienne

  • The youtube piece was so sweet . . . and such great music! Made my feet start moving in all the steps we learned . . .

Hope to see you at the reunion . . .

    Love,

    Shellen

  • Hi wonderful leaders,

Just want to thank you for the terrific weekend and the entertaining slide show that followed brought back some nice moments.

    Ira, do you ever sleep?

I already taught Sadila Moma to those poor folks who didn't come to the weekend mostly because I couldn't wait to do it again. It is a beauty!

Wishing you (and Diane and Jack too) a good summer.

    Most fondly,

    Barbara Karyo
