@AgabbyQ Both palettes have approximately 60% shimmer and 40% matte colors. If you're looking for a palette that has all shimmer shades, we suggest the 120 Color Palette 4th Edition!

I bought the 1st edition palette & the only problem was the whitest white.. It doesnt color on my skin.. I'm a light/fair skintone but I just bought a white eyeshadow pencil in replace of it.. I still love it (:

I have the #1 palette, it was a budget buy and I only just replaced it - it'd be great for younger girls or women on a budget. I adore the pigmentation and durability. Excellent!
